- Safely prepare, cook and present food quickly and efficiently, meeting our standards and recipes.
- Assist in keeping the restaurant clean at all times
- Know and perform well at assigned areas
- Work safely around kitchen equipment including grills, fryers, ovens, mixer and cutting/slicing equipment.
- Show up on time, maintain a great attitude and stay focused for your entire shift
- Constantly improve yourself by finding ways to do your work better and/or faster
- Display good stewardship and a sense of ownership for your work
- Lead, grow, and develop other leaders to help ensure the success of the business
- Show ownership over assigned areas of the restaurant.

This is a full time (30 hour a week) job.
Requirements Year Round For Full Time
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Available to work Saturdays
- Available 5 days per week total
- Available to close at least 2 nights per week
- Previous leadership experience
- Must be able to meet these requirements all year round
