The Kitchen Team Member position is an integral part of our business. You will learn the ins and outs of the Back of House kitchen operations. Applicants will be expected to be able to work on their feet for several hours at a time. Prior experience is preferred, but not necessary.

Responsibilities of this Position:
- Learn proper food safety procedures
- Follow Chick-fil-A recipes and processes
- Learn to use all food related equipment
- Help complete kitchen projects and daily procedures
- Unloading and putting up truck orders (If opening)
Applicants must be able to:
- Create and maintain eye contact
- Make connections with Guests
- Honor and follow the visions and values of the restaurant
- Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
