What You'll Do • Prepare and assemble both Front of House and Back of House menu items in a fast-paced restaurant environment • Provide friendly guest service while accurately taking orders, handling transactions, and delivering orders efficiently • Assist with food preparation, stocking, dishes, kitchen cleaning, and overall restaurant cleanliness • Learn and support both Front of House and Back of House positions as needed • Follow food safety, sanitation, hospitality, and Chick-fil-A operational standards • Support the team in delivering fast, accurate, and high-quality food and guest experiences • Work as part of a high-performing, team-oriented restaurant environment Shift Availability • Must have Saturday availability Qualifications & Skills • Must be willing to cross-train in Front of House and Back of House responsibilities • Must be 16 years old or older • No experience required • Must be fluent in English • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude • Team-oriented, dependable, adaptable, coachable, and hard-working • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members More Than Just a Job Many Team Members start here looking for a flexible job, but quickly gain confidence, leadership skills, strong friendships, and opportunities they never expected.
