Position Type: Full-time and Part-time Our Benefits Include: A fun work environment where you can positively influence others Flexible scheduling (and closed on Sundays) Learning first-hand from an experienced Operator and Restaurant Leaders Intentional growth and development to help you reach your professional goals Scholarship opportunities Competitive pay Front of House Team Member Responsibilities, Qualifications and Requirements: Must be at least 16 years old Engage our guests with a servant-hearted mindset, hospitality, and care Gain knowledge on all menu items and assure their quality and accuracy Always go the second-mile while caring for our guests Be able to handle a fast-paced and quickly-changing work environment Be able to stand/walk up to 100 feet at a time, over a period of four hours without a break Be able to lift up to 50 pounds without restrictions Be able to work with basic restaurant cleaning chemicals and tools with no restrictions or allergies Be able to be flexible moving through different positions including, but not limited to, drive-thru service, outdoor order taking, front counter cashiering, and dining room hosting Be fluent in English Be able to do basic math (Giving correct change, counting bills and change in cash drawers, and giving change for larger bills) Consistency and reliability Cheerful and positive attitude Loves serving and helping others Customer service oriented Strong interpersonal skills Detail-oriented Able to multi-task Works well independently and in a team environment Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule Most Chick-fil-A® Restaurants are operated by independent franchised business owners who make all their own employment decisions and are responsible for their own content and policies.
