Tip amounts may vary based on factors such as driver schedule, order size, and guest generosity. Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team. In this role, you will ensure that orders are delivered promptly and accurately, embodying the hospitality and professionalism that Chick-fil-A is known for. Key Responsibilities: Timely Deliveries: Ensure orders are delivered to customers promptly while adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols. Customer Interaction: Provide exceptional service during deliveries, addressing any customer concerns and ensuring satisfaction. Order Accuracy: Verify that all orders are complete and accurate before leaving the restaurant, including necessary condiments and utensils. Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle, reporting any maintenance needs promptly. In-Restaurant Support: Assist with restaurant operations during non-delivery times, such as order preparation and packaging. Requirements: Age: Must be at least 18 years old. License: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Experience: Prior delivery or driving experience preferred; familiarity with GPS navigation and smartphone applications. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
