DRB Delivery, an independent FedEx Ground contractor, is actively hiring dependable and safety-focused Delivery Drivers in Kokomo, IN. This is a full-time, physically active role ideal for individuals who enjoy working independently, staying on the move, and delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a company-provided box truck safely and efficiently
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial customers
- Load and unload packages accurately and in a timely manner
- Follow established routes using GPS and mapping tools
- Use a handheld scanner to track and confirm deliveries
- Maintain a professional, customer-focused attitude at all times
- Communicate with dispatch regarding delays or issues
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Valid driver’s license (CDL not required)
- Must be able to pass a DOT physical, background check, and drug screening
- Clean background required (no felony or misdemeanor convictions)
- Ability to lift up to 150 lbs, with or without assistance
- Strong time management and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
Compensation & Benefits
- $150 per day starting pay
- Weekly pay (direct deposit every Friday)
- Paid training at full rate

Schedule
- Tuesday through Saturday
- Start time: 8:00 AM
- Typical shifts: 6–10 hours depending on route efficiency
- Average 80–120 stops per day
