We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our Cleaning Team and help maintain the high standards of our restaurant. This role involves physical, detailed cleaning in a fast-paced restaurant kitchen environment, including deep cleaning equipment, removing grease buildup, scrubbing floors and drains, and maintaining Chick-fil-A sanitation standards. Responsibilities Deep clean kitchen equipment and workstations Scrub floors, walls, drains, baseboards, and hard-to-reach areas Clean behind and underneath heavy kitchen equipment Degrease cooking areas, vents, and high-use surfaces Sweep, mop, and sanitize Back of House areas Remove trash and maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant Follow all food safety, sanitation, and chemical safety procedures Help prepare the restaurant for the next business day Requirements Must be able to work 6p-12am Must be 18 years or older Able to lift 50+ pounds regularly Able to bend, squat, kneel, and stand for extended periods Comfortable working around cleaning chemicals, grease, and kitchen equipment Reliable transportation Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and sense of urgency What We’re Looking For Dependable and punctual Self-motivated and team-oriented Positive attitude and willingness to learn Takes pride in cleanliness and organization Able to work efficiently in a physically demanding environment Benefits: Sundays Always Off Free Meals & Beverages Each Shift Career Growth & Leadership Opportunities Personal Life Coaching College Scholarships Available Education Reimbursement Don't miss out on this exciting opportunity to be a part of the Chick-fil-A family!
