Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of floors, surfaces, restrooms, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and techniques such as conditioning and floor care procedures
• Maintain cleanliness of commercial and residential spaces by dusting, vacuuming, mopping, glass cleaning, trash removal, and sanitizing high-touch areas
• Conduct custodial tasks occasionally including window washing, upholstery cleaning , and light maintenance to uphold facility standards
• Assist with deep cleans of rental and residential properties to include high ceilings, low baseboards, window frames & sliding glass door tracks
• Support other team members by playing a vital team role to assist in rental turn overs in a timely and professional matter
• Follow safety protocols and proper handling of cleaning chemicals to maintain a safe work environment
• Document completed tasks through use of a smart phone/apps and report any maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly

Skills

• Proven experience and/or a willingness to learn in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services with knowledge of commercial or residential practices or a willingness to learn and follow direction
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, extractors, and other custodial tools effectively
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for managing multiple tasks efficiently
• Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and report issues clearly and in a timely manner
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
