Back of House (BOH) Position Type: Full-time What We Are Looking for in a Back of House Team Member: Passion to work in a kitchen environment Great attitude Genuine desire to serve people Coachable Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment Quick learner Strong/dependable work ethic Takes initiative and accountability Ability to multi-task Works well independently and in a team environment Communicate effectively with Team Members Honor and encourage colleagues to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant Ability to work on your feet for several hours at a time Adhere to Chick-fil-A® rules and dress code at all times Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A® standards Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, primary, secondary, machines and food prep Stock kitchen inventory as needed Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A® Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned Other duties as assigned Back of House Team Members are the HEART of the house. These Team Members fill critical roles in the restaurant: consistently preparing and serving “CRAVE”able food for our guests with a level of excellence and quality that most quick-service restaurants do not demand. You will prepare, cook, and assemble food products that are of amazing quality and freshness for our guests. No experience is necessary. You must be the minimum age of 18 years old to apply for this job. You must be available to work at least 3 days per week and available to work most Fridays and Saturdays.
