Job Duties: Positive attitude and a great smile Create a welcoming and kind environment between yourself and other team members Proactively contribute to the cleanliness of both guest and team member areas Set personal and professional goals and work to achieve them Respect your teammates by being on time for shifts Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly, and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep Stock kitchen inventory as needed Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times Other duties as assigned Requirements: Must be 16 years of age or older Display initiative & a positive attitude Work hard in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency Willing to learn & be coachable Give your best effort Be a dependable team player Will be frequently required to bend, twist, reach above shoulder level, crouch, or stoop, kneel, repetitively use feet, and use head and neck in a twisting or static motion and to look up and/or down, and lift and/or move up to 40 pounds Must be punctual, show up on time, and arrange for covers when unable to work a scheduled shift. Must be willing and able to follow and honor leadership/supervisors. Environmental exposure to extreme temperatures (coolers, ovens, freezer, outdoors, etc). Must be flexible, willing to multitask, and work multiple positions in the restaurant when needed.
