Master all kitchen station assignments, including fries, breading, and food prep. Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen environment. Stay updated on new products and adhere to food safety procedures. Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any issues. Follow Chick-fil-A's dress code and rules at all times. Qualifications: Consistent and reliable attendance. Previous experience preferred but not required. Cheerful and positive attitude with a passion for service. Strong interpersonal and detail-oriented skills. Able to multi-task and work well both independently and in a team. Willing to work a flexible schedule and lift/carry up to 30 lbs. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Why Join Us?
