Responsibilities
- Demonstrates knowledge of the brand and menu items
- Models and supports clear communication between the front counter and kitchen staffs
- Follows Chick-fil-A’s operational policies and procedures
- Sprays dishes before washing
- Follows wash, rinse, sanitize, air dry method when washing by hand
- Ensures the dishwasher is washing dishes effectively
- Loads dishwasher properly for maximum effectiveness
- Takes initiative during non-peak hours to complete side duties
- Troubleshoots minor guest issues
- Maintains a clean and pleasant environment
Position type
- Part-time pay range (Less than 32 hours per week): $10-$13 per hour
- Full-time pay range (32 hours or more per week): $15-16 per hour
- Pay rates are based on employee availability.

Salary: $11.00 - $16.00 per hour
