Responsibilities
- Demonstrates knowledge of the brand and menu items
- Models and supports clear communication between the front counter and kitchen staffs
- Follows Chick-fil-A’s operational policies and procedures
- Greets guests with eye contact and a smile
- Efficiently and accurately takes guests’ orders
- Maintains a high level of hospitality with both guests and coworkers
- Takes payment and accurately counts money
- Serves guests drinks, condiments, and food
- Accurately prepares food and drinks according to Chick-fil-A standards
- Navigates POS system quickly and accurately
- Takes initiative during non-peak hours to complete side duties
- Troubleshoots minor guest issues
- Maintains a clean and pleasant environment
Position type
- Part-time pay range (Less than 32 hours per week): $10-$13 per hour
- Full-time pay range (32 hours or more per week): $15-16 per hour
- Pay rates are based on employee availability.
