Our Back of House Kitchen Team Members work in a fast paced, high energy environment. The responsibility of our Salad & Cold Prep Kitchen Team Members is to produce the highest quality cold food products with precision and accuracy, continually observing and implementing the proper quality-assurance and food-safety procedures.
Prep items include:
- Salad Variations (Cobb, Market, Spicy Southwest, Side)
- Grilled Wrap
- Kale Crunch
- Fruit Cup
- Parfaits
We are looking for applicants who exhibit the following qualities:
- Structured, methodical, planned.
- Able to flourish in a repetitive job task.
- Consistent and reliable.
- Enjoys working alone or with just 1or 2 other team members (our Cold Prep Team).
- Enjoys an environment that operates similarly day after day.
- Able to work consistently with detail and precision.
- Works quickly and efficiently.
- Adeptly follows food safety and cleanliness guidelines.
- Maintains proper quality parameters.
- Must be able to work on their feet for several hours at a time.
- Some lifting required.
