Middle School Principal: Full-time, 12-month position available for the 2025–2026 school year.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience and Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) certification.
- Master’s Degree.
- Valid Secondary or K–12 Principal certification.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish and maintain a positive and effective learning environment.
- Plan, organize, and oversee the implementation of all school activities.
- Keep the administration informed of school activities, challenges, and progress.
- Provide recommendations regarding school administration and instructional programs.
- Supervise the maintenance of all required building records and reports.
- Oversee the preparation of reports, records, lists, and other necessary documentation related to school administration.
- Collaborate with central administrative staff on issues impacting the school, such as transportation and special services.
- Inform the superintendent of both routine and unusual events or concerns affecting the school.
- Interpret and enforce district policies and administrative regulations.
- Maintain active and positive relationships with students and parents.
- Manage school schedules to ensure efficient instruction and school operations.
- Supervise the school’s educational programs.
- Lead the development, evaluation, and monitoring of instructional programs to ensure they meet student needs.
- Develop class schedules in accordance with district guidelines to support student success.

- Demonstrated ability to successfully lead individuals and initiatives that improve student achievement.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively and cooperatively with others.
