Chicanos Por La Causa, Inc. (CPLC) is a non-profit organization and one of the largest Hispanic Community Development Corporations in the United States. Founded in 1969, CPLC empowers individuals through health & human services, housing, education, and economic development.
Our Real Estate Division partners with municipalities, federal and community funding sources, and programs such as LIHTC Affordable Housing, HUD, and New Market Tax Credits to deliver innovative, mission-driven housing solutions. Every day, we work to make affordable living possible.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT IN THIS ROLE?
As a Leasing Consultant, you’ll help individuals and families find their new home while supporting the overall success of our community. You’ll manage rental inquiries, guide prospects through the leasing process, and support marketing and outreach efforts that help our properties thrive.
You’ll also:

Rent apartments using company-approved sales techniques and materials.

Maintain accurate rental records and assist with daily operations as directed by the Community Manager.

Support marketing and community outreach programs.

Contribute to training and on-the-job development for team members.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES:

Verifiable experience in sales, leasing, or customer service.
