HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT IN THIS ROLE?
You will play a critical role in ensuring our communities are clean, well-maintained, and ready for residents. You will be responsible for maintaining approved cleaning supply inventories and ensuring all common areas, offices, models, laundries, and vacant units meet cleanliness and quality standards prior to move-in.
Your work directly supports resident satisfaction, safety, and overall community presentation.
