HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT IN THIS ROLE?
As a Property Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of a senior housing site, ensuring a safe, stable, and well-maintained living environment for senior residents. You will work closely with the Regional Manager to establish systems, guide site operations, and ensure organizational direction is met.
You will oversee residential leasing, support financial management and budgeting, assist with capital replacement planning, coordinate vendor services, and ensure building operations run smoothly. A key part of your role will be maintaining strong tenant relations with senior residents, ensuring their needs are met with care, responsiveness, and respect, while also managing contracts and compliance requirements.

Minimum Qualifications And Competencies
- Education /Background:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); work experience in lieu of education
- Prior property manager experience or assistant manager experience
