About the Role · Collaborate closely with producers to support all facets of production for our daily nostalgic themed morning television program· Serve as the primary point of contact for guests throughout the entire production process, from pre-production through post taping · Assist producers during studio taping and field shoots· Coordinate logistics and creative needs with other departments including crew, graphics, and artWhat You’ll Do· Develop, Identify and pitch topical stories and segment ideas for our morning program· Book topical guests and background extras, and coordinate requests for props/costumes · Conduct thorough editorial research and perform fact checking to support segment accuracy· Source and secure visual assets for segments, obtaining necessary releases in coordination with legal· Perform other duties as assignedWhat You’ll Bring · Previous professional experience in television (required)· Creative and self-starter tendencies · Demonstrate knowledge of multiple elements of production (preferred)· Proficiency in Microsoft 365 programs (required)· Experience in GV Stratus and Adobe C-Suite (preferred)If you have what we are looking for, please apply with your resume, cover letter, and a link to your demo reel.
