Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist, located in Arlington Heights, IL. The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to students and their families, addressing inquiries, handling registration, scheduling sessions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional tasks include supporting the administrative team, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with various operational duties to enhance the overall experience at Chicago Swim School.
Qualifications
- Customer service and communication skills
- Organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail
- Administrative and record-keeping skills
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Computer skills and familiarity with scheduling software
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Previous experience in a customer support role is a plus
