Job Summary:
- Set attendance as a high priority for students and staff,
- Provide quality customer service to parents,
- Staff, community and students,
- Have working knowledge and implementation of the CPS mandated
- Attendance Intervention Timeline, Keep up to date records for IDs and schedules,
- Give professional Development concerning attendance activities,
- Troubleshoot and problem solve attendance issues
- Correct attendance errors and update teachers on efficient submission practices,
- Reinstate students,
- Input homeless information in accordance to Homeless Policies.
- Ability to apply critical thinking skills when faced with challenges in order to problem solve and arrive at a solution
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with school staff
- Proficient in the use of digital technology
- Capable of maintaining professionalism in various situations
- Strong work ethic and drive to successfully complete assigned tasks
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required.
