Job Summary:

  • Set attendance as a high priority for students and staff,
  • Provide quality customer service to parents,
  • Staff, community and students,
  • Have working knowledge and implementation of the CPS mandated
  • Attendance Intervention Timeline, Keep up to date records for IDs and schedules,
  • Give professional Development concerning attendance activities,
  • Troubleshoot and problem solve attendance issues
  • Correct attendance errors and update teachers on efficient submission practices,
  • Reinstate students,
  • Input homeless information in accordance to Homeless Policies.

  • Ability to apply critical thinking skills when faced with challenges in order to problem solve and arrive at a solution
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with school staff
  • Proficient in the use of digital technology
  • Capable of maintaining professionalism in various situations
  • Strong work ethic and drive to successfully complete assigned tasks

Required Education:

  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required.
