Specific Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute a customer acquisition strategy targeting the Heavy Truck & Bus market.
- Create and maintain a focused target account list and comprehensive sales plan.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts.
Customer Engagement
- Forge strong relationships with end users, distributor partners, and internal sales teams.
- Lead engaging virtual and in-person product demonstrations, training sessions, and presentations.
- Assess customer needs and deliver customized solutions leveraging CP's product portfolio.
Account Management
- Map key account structures, identify decision-makers, and understand business strategies.
- Monitor performance metrics, detect gaps, and apply corrective measures.
- Partner with product and marketing teams to guide product development and promotional efforts.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (without a degree, seeking a total of 7 years of work experience in B2B Sales, OEM Aftermarket, OEM Dealer Network, and Independent Service Centers).
- 5 years of experience in B2B Sales, OEM Aftermarket, OEM Dealer Network, and Independent Service Centers.
- Proven track record in sales within Heavy Truck & Bus Services and fleet management.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and analytical abilities.
- Experience with CP Tools and CRM platforms such as Salesforce and SAP.
- Skilled in leveraging social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter) effectively.
- Capable of influencing stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Willingness to travel up to 40%, including international trips to Canada and Mexico as needed.
