What Sets This Role Apart
You are not a number here. You will have consistent hours, real ownership, and a direct impact on the operation.
As a Part 145 repair station, we offer flexibility in how technicians grow. An A&P is valued, but it is not the only path to building real expertise.
This is a smaller, hands-on environment. You will learn faster, see more, and take on meaningful responsibility earlier.
You will go deeper in both maintenance and avionics, building a well-rounded skillset instead of staying siloed.
We have been operating a maintenance hangar for over 20 years. That stability, combined with growth opportunities, creates a place where you can build real expertise over time.
This is where technicians become true experts, not just box-checkers.
Work Environment
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly, up to 100 lbs occasionally
