The Program Support Intern will assist with the planning, documentation, and evaluation of youth-focused programs. This role is perfect for students interested in education, social work, psychology, youth development, or community engagement.

- Youth development and mentorship principles
- Program planning and evaluation basics
- Community-centered nonprofit programming
- Ethical and safe engagement with youth populations
- Assist with program preparation and logistics
- Help collect feedback and program data
- Support documentation of program outcomes and impact
- Observe and learn from youth-focused programming
- Currently enrolled college student (education, social sciences, or related field preferred)
- Interest in working with youth and communities
- Strong organizational and communication skills
