What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Receptionist position at Chicago Cardiology Institute?
Chicago Cardiology is a growing practice with offices in Schaumburg, Oak Park and now Chicago. The position will be primarily located in the outpatient clinic at Ressurection hospital, but candidate should be able to go to the location at Community First if needed.
Successful candidate will be able to perform Medical Reception duties. Candidate should be reliable, detail oriented, and have the ability to accurately handle work with compassion, patience, and a positive attitude.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Greeting patients, checking in/ out in the clinic as necessary.
- Data entry, patient recall and general clerical duties.
Requirements:
- Customer service and phone etiquette are a must.
- EMR experience and familiarity with various insurance companies helpful.
Bilingual is a plus.
