- Motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals
- Perform fitness assessments
- Create specialized programs based on client's needs and specific goals
- Consistent follow up with client leads
- Build client base through referrals and branding yourself
- Understand proper exercise technique, human anatomy and movement patterns
- Possess excellent customer service and sales skills
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Organized, punctual and goal oriented
- Current Personal Training certification required
- (CPR) and (AED) certification required
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required
- Personal Trainer experience preferred, but not required
