Our experienced instructors and coaches are excited about strengthening swim skills, to adults and children through group and private lessons at any of our 5 pools.

Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for instructing swim lesson participants
- Maintain the safety of participants in and around the class
- Planning swimming lessons that take into account student`s abilities and progressive development
- Evaluate student`s performance during swim lessons, provide feedback
- Complete attendance, progress and accident reports
- Communicate effectively with the managers, coworkers and act as a team in an emergency
- Demonstrate patience and enthusiasm, able to motivate students to accomplish their swimming goals
- Communicate effectively with students
- Respectful, professional, organized, punctual
- High School Diploma
- WSI certification or competitive swimming background
- Current Lifeguard certification
- Proven experience working as a Swim Instructor
- Sound knowledge of proper swimming techniques and water safety rules
- Excellent conflict resolution skills
- Be available after school hours during the week and Saturday/Sunday morning
