Job Summary And Responsibilities
CHI LakeWood Health provides long-term care, family practice-clinic, 15-bed critical-access hospital, public health and assisted living services. - Assisting with the preparing and serving of meals to Care Center Residents, Hospital and ARC.
- Know basics of therapeutic diets to ensure proper following of nutrition care plan for resident and patients.
- Washing dishes with dish machine, using meat slicer, coffee machine, handling dishes, hot and cold food.
- Abide to the Minnesota Department of Health safety standards and LakeWood's Policies.
- Stocking food items, documentation of food records, grocery items and temperatures.
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Be able to perform simple math skills and have basic communication.
