Every day, you will facilitate the streamlined operation of the office, managing diverse administrative functions and cultivating effective internal and external communication networks.

- Understands the importance of meeting operating budget and find ways to decrease cost.
- Is very conscious of supply usage and cost.
- Looks for ways to decrease cost while maintaining quality.
- Orders supplies for clerical area keeping cost effectiveness in mind.
- Assist in the preparation of both Capital and Operating Budgets.
