We are seeking a Front of House Team Member to join our dynamic team. As a Front of House Team Member at CHI FAN, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests.

Key Requirements:
Great Customer Service: Greet every guest warmly and provide exceptional, courteous service with a smile.
Order Management: Accurately manage and process customer orders with strong attention to detail.
Food Preparation: Experience preparing poke bowls and boba teas is preferred, but not required. Training will be provided.
Packaging: Ensure all orders are packaged neatly and accurately while maintaining our presentation standards.
Multi-Tasking: Ability to handle multiple responsibilities at once while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
Flexibility: Willingness to assist with various side tasks as needed to support the overall operation of the restaurant.
Weekend Availability: Applicants must have reliable weekend availability. Availability on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays will receive priority consideration.
Wok Cooking — Optional: Experience using a wok is a plus, but not required. Candidates with this skill will be given special consideration.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred, but not required.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills.
Team player with a positive and dependable attitude.
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
