Job Description:
Reports to: Director of Maintenance
CHI Aviation is seeking qualified candidates for a Logistics Specialist position - remote, austere, and OCONUS (Outside the Continental United States). The schedule will be six weeks on and six weeks off, including travel and training.
Job Responsibilities:
- Inventory tracking, management, and control of aircraft parts at locations.
- Tracking parts as needed to ensure on-time delivery.
- Manage ordering, shipping, and receiving to include green tag component control with base-to-base transfers of parts, Class 1, and A11 GSE parts.
- Conduct GSE preventative maintenance scheduling as needed.
- Enter and order parts in the WinAir system of record.
- Track and maintain hazardous goods and storage.
- Maintain parts shelf-life tracking and conduct monthly auditing.
- Manage U.S. Mail/COMAT.
- Manage vehicle maintenance monitoring to include lease contract compliance for preventative maintenance.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- S. citizen with a current passport.
- Must have the ability to obtain security clearance.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
