We are seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager who can develop strategy, execute campaigns, and generate qualified personal injury and workers’ compensation leads. This role covers SEO, AI search visibility, paid advertising, website content, social media, client reviews, and referrals.
Responsibilities
- Improve SEO, local search, Google Business Profiles, directory listings, and AI search visibility.
- Manage Google Ads and Meta campaigns, including budgets, targeting, ad copy, testing, and landing pages.
- Write and update blogs, practice-area pages, attorney profiles, and firm announcements. Make routine website changes and coordinate larger fixes with developers.
- Manage social media, create posts and short videos, and capture content at selected events.
- Work with clients to obtain authentic reviews and testimonials and strengthen referral efforts.
- Maintain conversion tracking and work with intake staff to connect calls and inquiries to signed cases.
- Report monthly results, including lead quality, cost per qualified lead, cost per signed case, and recommended improvements.
- Work with attorneys to ensure content is accurate and meets professional responsibility requirements.
Qualifications
- At least one year of relevant experience or an equivalent record of successful work.
- Demonstrated experience with SEO, Google Ads, Meta advertising, and local search.
- Familiarity with AI search optimization, WordPress or a similar platform, analytics, and conversion tracking.
- Strong writing, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently, interact with clients and attorneys, and protect confidential information.
Law firm or professional-services marketing experience is preferred. Graphic design, video editing, and CRM or call-tracking experience are a plus.

Compensation is competitive and based on experience.
