What are the responsibilities and job description for the Night shift Homecare LPN/RN position at Chez-vous Homecare Team?
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans- Educate patients and families on health promotion, disease prevention, and care techniques- Provide specialized care such as Ventilator management, tracheostomy care, Gtube, and Foley catheter.Qualifications:- Valid LPN or RN license in the state of Virginia or a multi-state compact license.- Preferably 1 year experience with ventilator management or Tracheostomy care. Traning is provided to New Grad who are willing to learn.- Strong knowledge of nursing principles and practices- Good communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work effectively iwith patients with special needs.- Compassionate and empathetic approach towards patients and their families- Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
