LPN/RN 1:1 Homecare

Maxim Healthcare is hiring a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) for a 1:1 Homecare role in Silver Spring, MD. The nurse will provide personalized, on-site care to patients in their homes. Daily responsibilities include monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, performing treatments, documenting care, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for the patient.

• Active LPN or RN license in the state of Maryland
• Experience with direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs and administering treatments
• Proficiency in medication administration and care documentation
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a homecare setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• Experience in homecare is a plus but not mandatory
• Willingness to travel to the patient’s home in Silver Spring, MD
