Server/Bartender

Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, spirits, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages with flair and precision
• Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety standards are maintained at all times
• Process cash and credit transactions efficiently while upselling menu items to enhance guest experience
• Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas
• Manage reservations using OpenTable or similar systems to optimize seating flow and guest satisfaction
• Engage in active sales techniques to promote specials and increase revenue through upselling strategies
• Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and uphold quality standards
• Uphold all food safety regulations and sanitation protocols in accordance with industry best practices

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred, especially in fine dining settings
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous
• Demonstrated cocktail experience along with spirits knowledge to craft a variety of drinks confidently
• Proven ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining excellent guest relations
• Experience with wine knowledge, food safety procedures, and handling cash transactions accurately
• Familiarity with reservation platforms like OpenTable is a plus
• Excellent customer service skills combined with a friendly attitude and team-oriented mindset
