Plastic Surgery Patient Coordinator – Full Time

Role Overview:
As a Patient Coordinator, you will support multiple providers and play a key role in managing the patient journey from initial inquiry through post-procedure follow-up. Responsibilities include patient communication, consultation support, presentation of treatment plans and pricing, scheduling procedures, and maintaining accurate, real-time documentation. Strong collaboration with the clinical team and fellow coordinators is required.
Core Responsibilities:
- Promptly contact and follow up with all patient inquiries and leads
- Handle incoming phone and internet leads; educate, engage, and convert patients
- Faithfully follow established processes while maintaining a high-touch patient experience
- Observe and participate in consultations with providers
- Present quotes, information, before and after photos, and guide patients confidently through the decision-making process
- Schedule consultations, procedures, surgeries, and follow-up appointments
- Proactively re-engage under-contacted patients within the database
- Track patients through the full treatment lifecycle, ensuring completion
- Maintain near-perfect patient documentation and tracking in practice software
- Provide daily updates and weekly/monthly performance reports
- Attend required trainings and daily/weekly team meetings
- Complete assigned tasks consistently, accurately, and on time
- Communicate patient concerns to providers at all times

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- 5 years of computer and/or sales experience (preferred)
- 2 years of customer service experience (preferred)
- Technologically savvy with strong attention to detail
- Spanish fluency is a plus, but not required
