Social Media Freelancer (Part-Time, In-Office)
Location: Downtown Bethesda, MD
Schedule: Two days per week (varies weekly)
Hours: Up to 16 hours per week
Duration: January – February (2 months)
About the Role
Chevy Chase Facial Plastic Surgery is seeking a creative and organized Part-Time Social Media Freelancer to support our digital marketing efforts and patient engagement. This role is primarily in-office, working closely with our CEO and Founder, and collaborating with an external marketing firm to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, schedule, and manage content across social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and others
- Design and send weekly email blasts to current and prospective patients
- Complete and submit assigned weekly marketing tasks and deliverables to our external Marketing Firm on time
- Collaborate directly with the CEO and Founder on content strategy, messaging, and execution
- Content capture may include surgical procedures and treatments
Schedule & Work Environment
- Two in-office days per week (days may vary weekly)
- Total hours will not exceed 16 hours per week
- Additional remote work may be required as needed
Compensation & Contract Details
- Hourly rate: $25/hour, paid bi-weekly
Qualifications
- Experience managing social media platforms for a brand or business
- Strong content creation and communication skills
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms is a plus
- Highly organized, deadline-driven, and able to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to work independently while taking direction from executive leadership
