Chevy Chase Club is seeking a dynamic, experienced Director of Aquatics to lead operations, staffing, programming, and seasonal pool management at one of the most respected private clubs in the region. This full-time, year-round position oversees a premier aquatics program serving a highly engaged membership community.
You will lead the Assistant Aquatics Director, Swim & Dive coaches, and partner with our third-party lifeguard provider to deliver a smooth, safe, and exceptional member experience. This includes managing scheduling, programming, team events, and member-focused activities; ensuring compliance with all county and state health and safety regulations; and overseeing the full aquatics budget, including staffing, lesson compensation, program costs, equipment needs, vendor contracts, and monthly forecasting.

Required:
- Experience in lifeguarding and pool mechanical systems
- Current Lifeguard, First Aid, CPR, AED, and CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certifications
Preferred:
- WSI (Water Safety Instructor) and LGI (Lifeguard Instructor) certifications
