What are the responsibilities and job description for the Strategy Manager position at Chetu, Inc.?

The Strategy Manager (SM) will focus on building internal capabilities, best practices, and reusable assets to strengthen organizational excellence and support company-wide growth. While the DOs continue to focus externally on client acquisition, relationship building, and portfolio expansion, the SM will focus internally to enhance efficiency, innovation, and delivery enablement.

  1. Internal Capability Building – Develop and maintain internal best practices, playbooks, and reusable templates. Build knowledge repositories by Vertical and Strategy to strengthen organizational capabilities.
  2. Support to DOs and Growth Initiatives – Collaborate with DOs to research materials, marketing collaterals, and industry-specific GTM kits. Assist in market and competitor analysis to support DO-led verticals and strategies.
  3. Process Standardization and Quality Improvement – Define, document, and standardize internal processes for delivery documentation, and governance reporting. Establish performance dashboards to track portfolio health and operational efficiency.
  4. Marketing Enablement – Work closely with Marketing to develop whitepapers, case studies, and blogs. Support internal and external events, webinars, podcasts, and campaigns to strengthen Chetu’s brand visibility and thought leadership.
  5. Partnership Enablement – Work closely with the partnership team to strengthen existing partnerships and identify new strategic and channel partners that align with our services and offerings.
  6. Cross-Department Collaboration – Coordinate with Delivery, HR, Marketing, and PMO teams to align learning programs, enable resource readiness, and share insights that support company-wide growth objectives.
  7. Performance Measurement and Reporting – Track and report on key performance metrics including assets created, proposals supported, trainings conducted, and innovation outcomes. Present quarterly impact reports to the leadership team.
  8. Growth Team Interaction along with DO: Collaborate with the Growth Team and DOs to share insights, updates, and opportunities from verticals and strategy that support expansion.
  9. RFP details and timelines: Maintain internal tracking for their assigned RFPs, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and ownership details are communicated and met.
  10. POCs and Accelerators: – Work with the team to create Proof of Concepts (POCs) and accelerators to enhance delivery efficiency and innovation.
  11. Certifications: Track and coordinate organizational and certifications to ensure compliance and strengthen company credibility for their managed strategies.
  12. Cross Portfolio Expansion: Identify opportunities for cross-portfolio collaboration and assist departments in leveraging internal capabilities for new growth areas with their verticals and managed strategies.
