Partner Relationship Executive:
Chetu is seeking a full-time Partner Relationship Executive to lead and expand our global partnership initiatives. This role focuses on developing and maintaining high-value relationships with strategic partners, ensuring alignment with business goals, and driving measurable growth through collaboration and channel expansion. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of leadership, sales strategy, and relationship management skills, with the ability to coordinate efforts across internal and external stakeholders.
Compensation Structure:
Compensation packages range from $70,000 to $78,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
Position Description:
- Develop and manage long-term strategic partnerships that align with Chetu’s business objectives.
- Identify and engage new partnership opportunities across targeted markets.
- Lead partner negotiations, proposals, and contract execution in collaboration with legal and leadership teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure program success.
- Maintain strong, proactive communication with partners to ensure satisfaction and shared success.
- Track partnership performance through KPIs, reporting metrics, and ROI analysis.
- Represent Chetu at partner conferences, summits, and trade shows as a key brand ambassador.
- Work closely with senior leadership to align partnership strategy with organizational goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3–5 years of experience in Partnerships, Business Development, or Sales Management.
- Proven ability to create and sustain high-impact business relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Strong analytical mindset and experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or proprietary tools).
- Self-starter with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Technology or SaaS industry experience preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
- Willing to travel 35–50% for partner meetings, conferences, and events.
