Kitchen Manager

Wage Range

$21.50 - $26.50 

*Minimum Age - 18 years old

Full Time:

• Permanent Position
• 40 hours per week on average

Job Information Requirements: 

• 1 year of leadership in retail food operations, in a supervisor position. Pass a criminal background check. Pass the drug test check. Knowledge of computer systems.
  
  
  

Duties:

• Plan, direct, and coordinate the daily operations of the fresh food department.
• Meet sales, gross, and labor goals.
• Schedule staff. Approve time cards.
• Handle employee recruitment, orientation, and training.
• Ensure workplace safety.
• Ensure customer satisfaction, employee happiness, successful vendor relations, and company profitability.
• Demonstrate independent decision-making daily. Follow written instructions. 
• Perform monetary transactions.
• Communicate clearly with employees, customers, and vendors.
• Demonstrate organizational skills daily.
• Occasionally lift up to 40 pounds of product or equipment. Continuously lift 20 pounds of product or supplies.
• Stand, walk, and crouch continuously for 8 hours. Sit and use the computer for a period of 2 hours.
  
  

Days and Hours: 

• The schedule includes weekends and holidays. 40 hours per week

Salary : $22 - $27
