We're seeking a Café Team Member who brings vibrant energy and real gusto to everything they do. You're someone who genuinely loves people, thrives in a lively yet positive environment, and finds joy in the small moments that make someone's day brighter. Motivated, detail-oriented, and kind-hearted—you take pride in creating welcoming experiences, whether it's crafting the perfect drink, delivering food with care, or keeping our space spotless and inviting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet guests and take accurate coffee & food orders with genuine friendliness and attention
- Deliver beverages and meals promptly, beautifully, and with pride
- Offer sincere, personalized service that makes every person feel truly seen and valued
- Keep front-of-house areas clean, organized, and welcoming throughout the day
- Restock supplies efficiently and help ensure smooth, seamless operations
- Collaborate and bring clear communication with the team to help uphold our high standards and warm community vibe – we support one another by bringing our 110% efforts together
What we're looking for:
- Natural kindness and enthusiasm for building community and teamwork
- Sincere attention to detail—you notice (and care about) the little things that elevate the experience
- High energy and positive drive—you bring vibrant gusto to your shifts and love a dynamic, bustling pace
- Previous cafe, restaurant, barista, or customer-facing experience is a plus, but your attitude and passion matter most
- Ability to multitask, stay calm and upbeat during busy rushes, and work flexible hours (including weekends)
