As one of the first point of contact for patients, successful candidates will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of our medical facility.

MUST BE AVAILABLE
MON AND WEDNESDAY 8:00 am - 2:00 pm
AND
TUESDAY AND THURSDAY 8:00 am - 5:30 pm
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills for effective patient interaction
- Proficient in computer skills and office management
- Experience with multi-line phone systems and customer service
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Experience with eCW or similar EHR system is preferred
- Organizational skills and attention to detail for clerical tasks
- Ability to manage calendars and perform data entry efficiently
- Bilingual candidates are preferred for enhanced patient support
Pay: $17.50 - $18.50 per hour
