This 260-day project staff position provides strategic leadership and oversight of staffing operations, district engagement, and program development across Advanced Clinical Services (ACS). The role is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously refining staffing systems that ensure responsive, high-quality service delivery across a multi-county region supporting over 1,000 direct care staff.
The Coordinator leads the alignment of staffing operations with district needs and organizational priorities, providing direct supervision of Staffing Coordinators while establishing systems that promote accountability, efficiency, and consistency in service delivery. Serving as a primary liaison with Local Education Agencies (LEAs), this position builds and sustains strong district partnerships while ensuring proactive communication, problem-solving, and responsiveness to service demands.
Through data-driven decision-making, performance monitoring, and strategic planning, the Coordinator drives continuous improvement and supports program expansion. This role plays a critical leadership function in identifying growth opportunities, optimizing staffing models, and aligning workforce strategies with organizational goals. In addition, the Coordinator ensures compliance with regulatory standards, advances recruitment and marketing initiatives, and champions innovative practices that strengthen program quality, scalability, and overall organizational impact.

- Behavior Support Coordinators to ensure system-wide alignment of staffing practices with clinical requirements, including compliance with RBT supervision standards and integration of behavioral supports within service delivery models
- Coordinator of Intake and Fiscal Operations to align referral management, onboarding processes, and staffing capacity, ensuring seamless coordination between intake systems and workforce deployment
- Human Resources and external staffing agencies (e.g., CCRES) to lead recruitment strategies, workforce planning, staff performance management, and investigation processes, ensuring a responsive and high-quality staffing pipeline
- IU and CCRES marketing and recruitment teams to develop and implement targeted recruitment campaigns, strengthen workforce pipelines, and support strategic program expansion initiatives
- ACS leadership team to drive strategic planning, program growth, operational alignment, and continuous improvement efforts across staffing, service delivery, and organizational systems
- Education and Experience
- Master's degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, Counseling, Mental Health, or related field-required
- Minimum 8 years experience working in a behavioral health setting or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience providing supervision to staff
- Current police, child abuse, and FBI fingerprint clearances required

- Direct the management of call-outs, staff substitutions, and placement efforts to minimize service disruption and maintain program quality.
- Serve as the primary strategic liaison with LEAs, leading communication, problem-solving, and alignment of staffing solutions with district needs and expectations.
- Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with districts, serving as a strategic point of contact to ensure satisfaction and responsiveness in staffing services.
- Advance ACS's visibility and reputation by reinforcing consistent branding, ensuring clear communication of roles, and promoting program strengths with schools and stakeholders.
- Lead weekly staffing preparation meetings and supervision check-ins with staffing coordinators to monitor progress, address barriers, and drive accountability across the staffing team.
- Oversee the implementation of observation schedules, feedback sessions, and log reviews to ensure timely payroll processing, adherence to standards, and consistent delivery of quality services.
- Maintain and refine supervision structures that strengthen communication with assigned districts, ensuring responsiveness and high satisfaction.
- Address staff concerns, incidents, and complaints with professionalism, ensuring issues are escalated and resolved in collaboration with senior leadership and partner agencies.
- Oversee investigations in partnership with HR and external staffing agencies (e.g., CCRES), ensuring appropriate documentation, corrective action, and follow-through.
- Lead the collection, analysis, and synthesis of supervisor and teacher survey data to identify trends, measure impact, and inform continuous improvement.
- Translate survey insights and performance metrics into targeted action plans, driving accountability and measurable enhancements across service delivery.
- Monitor staffing trends, analyze service gaps, and develop responsive strategies to enhance program quality and consistency.
- Develop and implement ongoing training programs for direct care staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in providing care to students with special needs. Identify and address any gaps in skills or knowledge through targeted training initiatives.
- Design and manage a performance monitoring system to regularly assess staff performance, identify areas for improvement, and recognize exemplary service.
- Lead and conduct thorough investigations into allegations of inappropriate professional conduct by staff.
- Ensure all staffing requests and service placements are accurately documented in Salesforce to maintain reliable data for decision-making.
- Partner with Behavior Support Coordinators to guarantee RBT supervision requirements are fully met in compliance with best practices and regulatory standards.
- Champion continuous quality improvement by collaborating with leadership, identifying system refinements, and implementing innovative practices to elevate outcomes.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for expansion of direct service programs, ensuring scalability while maintaining service excellence.
- Lead the use of data analytics and performance metrics to inform staffing decisions, optimize resource allocation, and guide continuous improvement efforts
