Responsibilities
- Safely move and park vehicles within the body shop lot, ensuring proper placement and security.
- Assist with vehicle cleaning, detailing, and minor prep work as needed to support repair processes.
- Provide exceptional guest services by welcoming customers, answering questions, and guiding them through vehicle drop-off or pickup procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including sweeping, organizing tools, and disposing of debris regularly.
- Support dealership staff with errands such as delivering parts or documents between departments or to external locations.
- Manage parking lot organization, including directing traffic flow and ensuring proper vehicle storage.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate vehicle movements and ensure timely service delivery.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience with manual transmission preferred.
- Ability to operate a variety of vehicles safely, including those with
parking regulations. - Strong communication skills to interact confidently with customers and team members.
- Prior experience in dealership settings or as a delivery driver is advantageous.
- Familiarity with retail math, cashiering, and cash handling procedures is a plus.
- Bilingual abilities are highly valued for serving diverse customer needs.
