Body Shop Assistant

Looking for a motivated and dependable individual to assist full-time in our busy heavy-duty truck body shop.
Preferred Experience
Computerized Paint Mixing Systems
· Experience mixing automotive or commercial truck paint
· Knowledge of computerized paint matching software
· Color matching and tint adjustments
· Paint inventory management
Additional Responsibilities
· Prep trucks and parts for paint
· Sanding, masking, and detailing
· Shop organization and cleanup
· Assist technicians with repairs and installations
· Maintain a safe and efficient work environment
Qualifications
· Valid Driver’s License
· Ability to lift 50 lbs
· Strong attention to detail
· Reliable transportation
· Positive attitude and willingness to learn
