Wanted for immediate part time job position:
General Manager for a 900-member shooting sports club located in Keene, NH, featuring Shotgun trap / skeet, long range rifle and action pistol shooting. Seeking a high energy individual who is passionate about the shooting sports to manage and help grow this facility. Responsibilities are similar to running a small business and include financial responsibilities (AP/AR/payroll/banking), local / state/ federal filings, marketing and membership management, facilities upkeep, event and training support, website maintenance, etc.

Responsibilities
- This is a part-time position focused on day-to-day management of the range including:
· Financial responsibilities (AP/AR/payroll/banking), insurance and local / state/ federal filings
· Marketing and membership management
· Managing facilities upkeep
· Calendar management
· Event / Training support
· Raffle twice / year
· Website maintenance
· Maintenance of corporate documents
Skills
- · Passionate about the shooting sports, actively participating in one of the shooting disciplines
· Business management experience
· Likes to work with people (almost 900 members)
· Good organizational skills and comfortable in a non-corporate, unstructured environment
· Good “basic” skills with Microsoft Word, Excel
· Should be comfortable using programs like Airtable, Dropbox, Webmail, MailChimp, CellGate, Banking System, and Interaction with the accountant on QuickBooks
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
