Occupational Therapist

Maplewood of Cheshire County is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our amazing rehab team.

Range of pay for this position: $40-$54 hourly. Experience is considered when setting rate of pay.

Maplewood is looking for a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our experienced team in our newly renovated and expanded facilities. This position works under the guidance of the Director of Rehab to provide evaluation and treatment to residents of the nursing home and assisted living facility. Maplewood offers manageable caseloads allowing time to provide quality care for our residents and meet their needs. Maplewood’s not for profit status enables therapists the freedom of establishing treatment plans based on residents’ needs versus corporate goals. Quality care and teamwork are prioritized. This position allows for the opportunity to serve on committees, assist in supervision of staff and work as a team member with all other departments. Setting up maintenance programs for our OT Aide helps make sure Maplewood residents maintain their highest level of function in addition to providing skilled occupational therapy services.
