Salary Description
$21.00 - $22.00

Essential Functions & Tasks
- Receive, review, and process vendor invoices for accuracy and proper approval.
- Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documentation.
- Reconcile invoice discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate and organized accounts payable files and records.
- Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payments, invoices, and account status.
- Enter and maintain vendor information within the accounts payable programs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal controls.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and other information.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Associate degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience required.
- Previous experience in accounts payable, bookkeeping, or general accounting preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience with accounting or ERP software preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license, and pass a background check
- Ability to work in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to perform repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers
- Ability to use upper and lower extremities
- Occasionally lift/move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to traverse uneven terrain, including loose pack gravel
