What You'll Do
As the Site Superintendent, you'll oversee day-to-day field operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You'll serve as the primary on-site leader, coordinating subcontractors, managing schedules, maintaining quality control, and fostering clear communication between project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all daily job site operations from project start through completion.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries to maintain project schedules.
- Ensure all work complies with plans, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor and enforce OSHA and company safety requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections and manage quality control efforts.
- Collaborate with Project Managers on RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project updates.
- Coordinate municipal and third-party inspections.
- Maintain accurate daily reports and project documentation.
- Lead subcontractor meetings and proactively resolve field issues.
- Assist with punch list completion and project closeout activities.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and project coordination.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience working with subcontractors, inspectors, and project teams.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and productive job site.
- Proficiency with construction scheduling and reporting software is preferred.
Salary : $85,000 - $100,000
